Why eMinutes is Forming 500 free corporations for first-time entrepreneurs: When it comes to U.S. job growth, startup companies aren’t everything. They’re the only thing.

The Kauffman Foundation certainly has it right. When it comes to U.S. job growth, startup companies aren’t everything. They’re the only thing. The time is now to recognize that the road to a U.S. economic recovery lies in entrepreneurship.

By offering to form 500 free corporations for first-time entrepreneurs, we hope to do our part and help serious and motivated entrepreneurs get started and remain in the game!  We’re looking for “nuts and bolts” companies that have the potential to grow and hire employees.  We’re even paying the filing fees!

So far, we’ve found some passionate, serious entrepreneurs with exciting businesses.  Some of my personal favorites are: Well in L.A., Inc., formed by wellness professional Erin Haslag; a modern-day pediatric practice formed for Tyler Krohn, M.D., F.A.A.P., and Superfreako Productions.  Next week, we’ll introduce you to Rebecca Suriano’s Wine Me?.  Her wine glasses are extraordinary pieces of art, and we can’t wait to help her!

If you are a first-time entrepreneur in California or New York, to apply, visit us at www.facebook.com/eminutes or on our blog.  Take a look at our fact sheet to learn exactly what we are looking for.  We are also developing relationships with great fans of entrepreneurship like Palo Alto Software and Babson College.   If you would like to help our effort, please email us at eteam@eminutes.com.
