Todd Peters

I a 46 year old orthopedic surgeon who has recently move to California to set up practice. I am joining a group that has individual physicians together under each of their own corporations.  Therefore, I am incorporating in order to join the group and practice orthopedics under my medical corporation.  Eminutes has made this very easy and fluid in order for me to expedite this process.
