Shana Dysert, Vice President, Multeepurpose. CEO, Shey & Shay Public Relations (Fashion and Hospitality)
Shana Dysert graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a double Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications. A dean’s list student, Shana began her career in fashion working as a Merchandiser for Guess? Inc. in the International department of Marciano. She oversaw buying, production, sales, and shipping. Currently, she is the Vice President of a contemporary fashion tops company Multeepurpose. There she handles everything needed to move the product from the idea and into the hands of the final customer.
Shana entered the service industry in 2008 and has since followed her passion of enlightened hospitality. After reading Danny Meyer’s Setting The Table, The Transforming Power of Hospitality in Business, Shana knew her path, and set out to transform the restaurant industry herself. In addition to Multeepurpose, She currently works Front of the house (FOH) at Lazy Ox Canteen and Aburiya Toranoko, learning the business from the inside-out, with some of the best names in the industry. With a love for life and a dare‐to‐dream mentality, Shana challenges herself to achieve what many people consider impossible. At the age of 26 she has already built 1928 Model A Ford and climbed the highest mountain in the U.S. It is clear that this young woman does not conform to mediocrity but rather flourishes in the light of transformative thinking. Shana’s biggest dream is to create a one-of-a-kind dining establishment in downtown Los Angeles that will combine fashion, food, and cocktails, all in one place.
eMinutes is forming Runway Restaurant and Bar, LLC, a California LLC, for Shana.
