Mike Yadegari’s Legal Networker Creates Efficiency in Selecting Lawyers

We formed a California S-Corporation for Attorney Michael Yadegari’s Legal Networker.  The Legal Networker website matches clients and attorneys.  Lawyers bid on cases posted by clients.  The client then selects a lawyer to handle the case.  Before a lawyer can bid on cases, Yadegari and his team vet each attorney, reviewing, among other things the attorney’s background and disciplinary history.  Assuming the lawyer passes the stringent review process, the attorney is invited to join Legal Networker and bid on cases.
