Mike Bauman, president of Watt City, Inc., has been working as a gaffer/chief lighting technician in the motion picture industry for over 15 years. His lighting expertise can be seen in dozens of films, such as Iron Man, Goodnight and Good Luck, Ray, Training Day, The Master, and Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
