Michael Kot

Jaddler is a web-based career board that makes it easier than ever for college students to find internships and for recent college graduates to find entry-level jobs. Much like the “common app” lets high school students send the same information to colleges when applying for admission, Jaddler lets its users send the same profile with personal and background information to corporations when applying for jobs. This information is stored in an applicant tracking system (ATS) that makes it easy for corporations to organize interviews and manage the recruitment process.

Michael Kot is a student at Lehigh University studying Computer Science and Business. He has consistently excelled in school, earning membership in both Phi 7 Eta Sigma and Tau Beta Pi Honors Societies. Outside of the classroom, he is extremely involved as President of his fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha. He was also handpicked to develop an image analysis web application in the National Science Foundation sponsored Document Analysis and Exploitation Research Project. This past summer, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City as an Advisory Technology Security Intern. At PwC, he participated in an external network penetration test, and assisted in the due diligence for the PwC acquisition of PRTM. He has over seven years of experience developing websites both on a non paid and paid basis. His diverse experience includes a strong technical background, a broad understanding business issues, and strong leadership and communication skills.
