Jeff Svitak, Architect and Developer

Jeff Svitak takes a hands-on approach to architecture, seeking the nuances of space, which are capable of enhancing the emotional qualities of our daily lives.  Jeff graduated with honors, from the University of Colorado School of Architecture and Planning. After graduating he moved to San Diego where he begun a collaboration with Sebastian Mariscal, learning the infinite intricacies of architecture. Working with Mariscal offered Jeff the opportunity to participate in every aspect of the field, including design, construction and development. The work Jeff produced with Mariscal has been featured in national and international publications and exhibitions, received many awards and has lead to several invitations to lecture at schools of architecture across the country.  Jeff has now decided to pursue his independent career in architecture and development. He is currently in escrow on his first development property in Little Italy, San Diego, where he intends to design and build 15 apartment units.  Not only a developer, Jeff also opens his doors to clients with an open mind to create a meaningful and lasting architecture.

We formed a California corporation for Jeff.
