Grant Usken

Grant Usken takes a comprehensive approach to project management. From understanding the fundamental objectives of his clients Grant creates and manages an overall strategic project plan. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Grant has spent the last 7 years focusing his professional endeavors in the commercial real estate industry in San Francisco. With a firm understanding of construction means and methods gained through experience working for a variety of general contractors, and after working in the project management group for commercial real estate broker Studley, Grant brings a unique skillset and understanding of the overall real estate transaction and delivery. Through the creation of Intelligent Real Estate Services Corporation Grant’s vision is to provide project advisory consulting services, and to also seek out independent development opportunities.
