Giorgio Giuseppe Borrelli

My name is Giorgio Giuseppe Borrelli; I was born in San Pedro, California from an Italian immigrant from Ischia, Italy and an italian-american mother.

I started working in the restaurant business at the age of 8, helping out my father at the family restaurant as a dish washer, busboy and server. As soon as I finished high school I follow my passion and went to culinary school and graduated in 1996; ever since I earned the position as General Manager of Giorgio’s Restaurant (The Borrelli family Restaurant) and from 2011 to June 2013 General Manager of Luna Rossa Restaurant in Rolling Hills Estates.

In 2011 I married my wife Dunia and together we joint efforts to have a business of our own.

Last may, opportunity came to purchase a small restaurant, but like most opportunities in life, got us a bit by surprise. We did not have a corporation established yet.
