Gregory Stark

Gregory Stark is the driving force for the creation of Stark Spirits LLC, a micro-distillery that will produce small batch artisan spirit beverages.  Stark Spirits will be run by Greg and his wife, and the company will produce both new-make and barrel-aged rum and whiskey, as well as other seasonal and specialty spirit beverages.   Greg will be the distiller, responsible for product development, production and sales.   Greg worked for JPL for many years, helping get spacecraft where it needed to go.  He later went into the private sector where he was a business analyst and software developer.   Greg earned both a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of La Verne.   Greg’s preparation for his entrepreneurial venture includes many years’ experience as a home winemaker and home brewer of award-winning beers and mead.  He is also a skilled craftsman in many construction areas, including electrical, plumbing, machinery and carpentry, all of which will serve the needs of a small distillery.

We formed a California LLC for Greg.
