Mary Reynolds is a Certified Wedding and Event Planner based out of the San Francisco Bay Area in California.  Always ready to secure a bargain, Mary used her organization and bargaining skills to plan parties and events on a budget.  Realizing her calling, Mary decided to form Phenomenal Notions as a business that prides itself on planning parties on time and budget.  Fueled by passion and commitment to happy clients, Mary’s focus is to bring the clients’ vision to reality.  Transforming good ideas into Phenomenal Notions…one event at a time.
