Allison Banks Herbert

Allison Banks Herbert is the founder of Embizzy, Inc., a business devoted to providing nonprofit organizations with an innovative fundraising opportunity benefiting its existing membership population through an online network of small businesses.

With a Stanford University undergrad degree and a University of Southern California MBA in marketing, Allison rose to become a marketing director for one of the top global brands in consumer products.  She then formed a start-up real estate/broker group, which has been successfully operating across in the L.A. metro area for the past thirteen years.  During this time she is realized that the current choices for online promoting of small businesses would not build or support her brand for the long-term.  Embizzy was born.

Allison’s passion is to build a business model to make the world a better place.  Embizzy will use technology to build stronger community-based organizations, local businesses and thus stronger communities.

We formed a Delaware corporation for Allison.
