Mia Ellis

Mia Ellis Sweet hails from Spokane Washington and has spent the majority of her career working as a Creative Director and Art Director in Portland, Chicago and Los Angeles.  Known for her visionary design skills and brand development,  Mia has brought every lesson in advertising to her role as talent representative to the nation’s top artist collaborative, Band of Artists.

Mia spent more than 15 years as creative director at AdlhochCreative, Inc. building an impressive portfolio of award-winning work.  Prior to working with Adlhoch,  Mia has worked at agencies of all sizes including Wieden & Kennedy, Borders, Perrin & Norrander, Della Femina McNamee and DDB Needham, to name a few. Her vast experience working directly with artists and illustrators gives Band of Artists and its agency clients a unique perspective of the business and its process.

Band of Artists provides an innovative structure whereby artists and agent work side-by- side, fostering an atmosphere of creativity, collaboration and communication. Mia welcomes her roll representing a roster of nationally-acclaimed artists who bring a diverse palette of styles to storyboards and commercial illustration.

We formed a California corporation for Mia.
